In 2020, Jill and I moved to Arkansas to be closer to family. Since 2019, I have participated in collective real estate think tanks sponsored by Keller Williams and RE/MAX, and in 2021 I proudly joined McGraw Realtors (formerly Trademark HSV) in Hot Springs Village. I truly cannot imagine a better profession than helping families confidently navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives—choosing their next home.

I lead with intention, care, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. My journey is built on service, connection, and consistency, and driven by a genuine desire to make every client experience extraordinary. I have been a consistent top producer and leader in the real estate industry, known not only for guiding clients through major life transitions, but also for mentoring fellow agents and serving Hot Springs Village and Central Arkansas with integrity and purpose.

In 2025, I was honored to be named Realtor of the Year for Hot Springs Village and Central Arkansas by McGraw Realtors. This recognition reflects my continued commitment to excellence, community leadership, and the impact I strive to make—both within the real estate industry and beyond.

In 2026 I have been nominated and installed as the 2026 Hot Springs Board of Realtors President. I look forward to champion professionalism, elevate ethical leadership, and advocate relentlessly for our community and for every REALTOR® who serves it.

Janette Carter

Treasurer

Born in Malvern, AR Janette’s parents moved to CA when she was 9. Career wise, she & her husband worked at and owned 2 different Real Estate companies for over 34 years in So. CA.

Janette also has worked in the food & beverage industry for the past 26 years.  She started the first female-owned brokerage company in her industry and built it to a $20mil sales organization before selling to a national brokerage firm in 2014. 

While visiting relatives in Hot Springs in 2015, she visited HSV to learn about it, and fell in love… and bought a home that weekend. She got licensed here shortly thereafter and enjoys working with the people who live here, or planning to! 

JoAnn Frazier

Secretary

JoAnn’s journey to Hot Springs Village mirrors that of many who discover its unique charm. What began as a favorite vacation destination soon became home when she fell in love with the natural beauty and lifestyle of the community. Today, she enjoys all that The Village has to offer—including golf, court sports, and hiking—while actively giving back through her church and her leadership within the real estate community. JoAnn currently serves as the 2026 Secretary for the Hot Springs Village Board of REALTORS®, following her service as a Director in 2024 and 2025.

Drawing on years of business experience and a personal passion for property development, JoAnn successfully transitioned into real estate. Her strong negotiation skills, high energy, and genuine enthusiasm set her apart and make her a trusted advocate for both buyers and sellers navigating today’s market.
